WALL STREET MONEY TREE NEWSLETTER
In our last issue, we presented our NYSE
Low Price Stock Investment Strategy and submitted a list of ten
common stocks for your review. We suggested that this strategy which
is best used in December works well toward the end of the year
because of the so called "January Effect" which is heavily promoted
in the media. This list of ten stocks (see list and stock charts
below) assumes an investment of 1,000 shares per issue amounting to
a total investment of $36,710.00. Purchasing just 100 shares of each
issue would have amounted to a total investment of $3,671.00,
showing that this portfolio is not restricted to those subscribers

the value of this portfolio is currently $54,062.50, an increase of

Our radio feature today will follow up on our discussion
of two low priced companies which are now government owned. They are
Fannie Mae (FNM) and Freddie Mac (FRE) . Both companies had a stellar
price rise performance last month turning are Primary cycles UP although
overbought. We believe both stocks should experience pull backs in
price offering a lower risk potential speculative trade. I have
personally owned both stocks last month and have sold into their previous
market strength. This investment is not suitable to all investors and
or traders so caveat emptor, let the buyer beware, as one can loose 100% of
monies invested as no one really knows the outcome of these two stocks. I
view these dollar investments the same as buying lottery tickets with
possibly, a better chance of success. Do your own research on these
companies as our analysis is purely "cyclical" with no knowledge of what is
really going on within these companies.
